Terms & Conditions
These terms form an agreement between you and Qwik Brew Cafe Pvt Ltd, registered in Sri Lanka at 49, Thalawathugoda Road, Pitakotte. They govern your use of this site, our cafes and the Qwik Brew ordering app. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.
Your account. You must be at least 13 to hold an account and must give accurate details, including a working phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Orders and prices. An order is an offer to buy, accepted when the outlet confirms it. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include applicable taxes. Menus, prices and availability vary by outlet and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund it, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud or abuse.
Collection. Orders are for collection at the outlet you selected, using your pickup code. Prep times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Anyone presenting your code may collect your order, so keep it to yourself.
Payment. Pay by card in the app or, where the outlet offers it, on collection. Card payments are handled by our payment provider under their own terms; we do not store your card details. Repeatedly failing to collect and pay for orders may lead us to require prepayment.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to break security, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, place fraudulent or automated orders, or abuse our staff. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and refuse service in our cafes where conduct requires it.
Intellectual property. The Qwik Brew name, logo, cafe designs, recipes, app and site content are our property or licensed to us. Nothing here grants you a right to use them beyond ordinary personal use of the service.
Partner outlets. Some outlets are operated by franchisees or host partners under licence. They are independent businesses bound to our brand and food-safety standards. Information about franchising here is general, not an offer of a franchise; any partnership is governed only by a signed agreement.
Liability. We provide the app and site as they are and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order plus any direct loss we caused. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes, termination and law. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date; continued use means acceptance. You may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: hello@concon.group.
